    Returns

    Returns of Non Faulty Items:

    The Consumer Contracts Regulations allow you to return an item if you simply change your mind. You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling and refunds must be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Please ensure they are returned in original packaging and in an unused condition, together with a copy of your invoice, or invoice number or customer number.  We will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for alternative products. Please keep all the packaging materials and return the goods as they were sent to you.

    In the event that the goods are returned for another reason, or out of the period for refund/exchange, we impose an admin/restocking fee of 10% on the total order inclusive of carriage and VAT but this is at the discretion of management at time of contact.

    The items must be returned in the condition they were received. All returns must be securely packaged when returned. If the package is lost or stolen you are responsible for claiming compensation from Royal Mail or the courier service that you used.

    Where your order was paid by credit/debit card a refund can only be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

    Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

    Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within three days of receiving the order.

    It is not necessary to return goods to us using the Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery or by courier service. However, we strongly recommend you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

    Returns of Faulty Items: For faulty items please refer to the Consumer Rights Acts for rules on refund/replacement.  Please notify us by email or phone in the first instance when a fault occurs and for further advice on return.
